Important Special Meeting of Members

IMPORTANT NOTICE

This is notice that a “Special Meeting” of the membership of the Pelican Yacht Club will be held on May 28,2023 at 10:30 AM

This meeting is required so that the  updated Pelican Yacht Club Bylaws and associated documents related to the governance of the club will be presented and require membership approval.

The meeting will be held at the clubhouse and there will also be an electronic means for members to log on using our Teams link.

The full agenda and meeting link will be set out shortly.

Members need to be reminded to sign on to the website and create a membership. Only those members with an active membership will be able to vote at this special meeting.

The board of the Pelican Yacht Club encourage you to participate at this meeting.
